Built for the businesses behind the enquiry
Across India, thousands of small and mid-sized agencies sell IT peripherals, UPS systems, and annual maintenance contracts to corporate customers. For most of them, the quotation is the first real document a customer sees — and it's often still built in a spreadsheet or a Word template that gets copy-pasted and re-edited every time.
Monomerce started with a simple observation: the people who actually create these quotations — sales staff, office admins, service coordinators — are rarely the same people who write software requirements documents in formal English. They're comfortable in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, or one of a dozen other Indian languages, and they know their products and customers far better than any product manager could. So we built Monomerce around them: a tool where creating a professional, accurate, branded quotation doesn't require fighting with software in an unfamiliar language — the platform is available in 14 Indian languages in total.
What we believe
- A quotation is a first impression — it should look like it came from a business that has its act together.
- Software built for Indian retailers and agencies should work in the languages they use, not just be translated after the fact.
- Accurate pricing and tax should come from your catalog, not be re-typed by hand each time.
